Coaches may schedule practices 1-2 times during the week. Practices are held at Raccoon River Soccer Complex. There are 7 games in a season, played on Saturdays starting at 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and Sunday afternoons between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Sporting Iowa's professional coaching staff will run two practices a week. There are 7 weeks of games, played on Saturday until 6:00 pm and Sunday afternoons between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Mini-Kickers: 4U
4U Mini-Kickers will experience five 35 minute sessions with Sporting Iowa professional coaching staff. This will be once a week on Friday nights in the Fall and on Saturday mornings in the Spring.

Discovery Phase: 5U-6U
5U and 6U will experience 6 weeks of fun practices and games scheduled on Saturday mornings. These practices are coached by both Sporting Iowa professional staff and volunteer coaches.

Coach will schedule one practice a week. There are 7 weeks of games, played on Saturday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and Sunday afternoons between 12:30 pm and 6:00 pm.
