Futsal League

Sporting Iowa Futsal League is a winter, indoor small-sided soccer league, using Bownet goals (predominantly with no goalkeeper) and a weighted Futsal ball on a basketball-size court. Players register individually and are placed on teams by the Director, Corbin Stone and Sporting Iowa staff. Players are placed on teams to create developmentally-appropriate soccer environments and challenges. Some age divisions may be broad-based, players may play in a different age group, while others may be placed in multiple age-group settings. The league is designed to place players in challenging, competitive circumstances with different players than current teammates. Each session will have a theme. Players are permitted to miss matches and play-dates.

Indoor Tournaments

Hosted at the Sporting Iowa Fieldhouse, tournaments will provide an excellent opportunity for players to experience a fun, competitive environment at our new indoor facility. These tournaments will be the first of many!

Metro Soccer League

Sign up for the Metro Soccer League (MSL) @ Sporting Iowa Fieldhouse. We are offering two 5-week sessions consisting of one game per week for ages 5U-Adult.

Ultimate Trainer

Ultimate Trainer is a winter program for the dedicated, driven soccer player who desires to develop the mentality it takes within training to be the best. Ultimate Trainers have the elite mentality to train insane or remain the same. Winter cold won't impede this mentality--taking three months off is not an option for a true Ultimate Trainer.

The Ultimate Trainer embodies three characteristics: desire, dedication, and determination. The DESIRE to dominate their sport and become the best they can be, the DEDICATION of committing to excellence through the hard work of daily high-intensity training, and the DETERMINATION to stop at nothing until their goals are accomplished.

Elite Technical Training. Training sessions will be styled around high-intensity repetitions of individual technical skills on the ball. The focus will be on improving technical areas such as first touch, 1v1s, passing, and finishing. These elite training sessions will help you become the Ultimate Trainer by enhancing your ball mastery skills and leading you to develop a champion mentality while you train. The more touches you get on the ball, the more comfortable you become.

The more comfortable you become, the more confident you are on the ball. Ultimate Trainers exude confidence.
